BSARS will obtain a detailed job specification from our clients for each available position. This specification, together with our in-depth understanding of our client’s business needs and corporate culture, assist us in sourcing the appropriate candidates. Each candidate is screened by our team of skilled recruiters. All candidates are assessed based on the job specifications and only appropriate candidates are introduced to our clients. Our clients are presented with a detailed Curriculum Vitae for each appropriate candidate that includes detailed information pertaining to the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. For each candidate, a minimum of 2 reference checks is conducted and the information is included in the Curriculum Vitae. We also offer qualification verification and criminal, creditworthiness and ID verification services.

We are committed to ensuring successful long-term relationships with our clients and we are so confident in our ability to place candidates successfully, that all BSARS clients will be offered a guarantee, as follows: Should a candidate leave the Client’s employ within the first 30 days of employment, BSARS undertakes to find a suitable replacement free of charge. However, if the candidate leaves the Client’s employ within a period of 30 to 60 days, BSA will replace the candidate for 50% of the original placement fee and during the 60 to 90 day period, 25% of the original placement fee.

By accepting any CVs sent to the client by BSARS, the Client automatically accepts BSARS’s Terms & Conditions.
BSARS will take all reasonable measures to ensure that the candidates meet the Client’s requirements; however, the decision to meet with and employ candidates lies with the Client. In addition, BSARS will not accept any liability for information provided by the candidate that later proves to be inaccurate, untrue, or unfounded.
The placement fee becomes payable once the successful candidate commences service with the Client. The placement fee is payable within 7 days of commencement of employment. No fees are payable if the Client does not appoint a candidate from BSARS. The placement fee will be calculated according to the Annual Total Cost to Company of the successful candidate. Our fee structure is calculated as a percentage (as per our Service Level Agreement or upon mutual agreement) of Total Cost to Company.
For temporary placements, BSARS will charge 10% of the total salary paid to the employee over the duration of their employment with the Client, with a minimum fee of R 5 000.00. The fees are payable by the Client to BSARS within 7 days of the candidate’s commencement of employment. Clients who pay after this stipulated period, will forfeit the guarantee offered by BSARS in Clause 5 below.
If an employment offer is made by the Client and/or a third party to a BSARS candidate and the offer is verbally accepted by the candidate, the full placement is payable to BSARS, even if the Client and/or third party for whatever reason retracts the offer. In addition, the full fee is payable by the Client to BSARS if a job offer is made, even if it is subsequently made evident that the order provider of any and/or all job specifications and/or the signatory to the SLA had no authorization to make such a job offer and/or to hire.
BSARS will not be held liable for any loss, damage or expense suffered by the Client and/or any third party either directly or indirectly as a result of any representations made by the candidate in respect of his/her competence, ability bona fides and honesty which are later proven to be erroneous or false.
